A weekday would be the best, I haven't been on a weekend for years because it's always so swamped.

Yes, the weekends can be very busy. If it's a weekday, I tend to go down after work and get there around 4:30. I soak through rush hour and leave around 8.

I often go during the week and get there around 8 am when they open. I usually have the spa area to myself for 30 to 45 minutes. It doesn't get busy until 11 am or so.
