I am an uncut grower. When flaccid Im only around 2 inches which is very embarrassing at times. However, when hard it grows to around 6 inches. Peter is a shower - hes 8 inches flaccid and 8 inches erect. More importantly, hes very tightly circumcised- his skin doesnt move at all. I love it!
