There is an individual who always seem to inject a voyeuristic lens to posts about ordinary clothes free activity who took the thread off track.
Sorry, My original intent was to simply state that I choose an elliptical over a treadmill because a treadmill is tough on my knees and that post seemed to open up a Pandora's box. Unfortunately, that post can not be deleted.

Preceded with a Tabatha yoga workout (combining HITT workout yoga and weights) Then 3 minute 1/4 mile walk to warm up then 10 minute mile run and 5 minute walking down and a ten miniten sit in the sauna.
Next week gonna start back on he stationary bike and stepper.

Goal is to get to a mile in less than ten minutes.

But my Fitness tracker is putting me at 12-15 minutes for mile and a half. One of the two is wrong. I am going with the tracker for now. And that means trying to get it to say under 10. Figure thats a good incentive.

Then followed up with a 20 minute yoga HITT class and a 30 minute hip opening yoga session. May attempt a 30 minute cardio to burn a few more calories before sitting in the sauna. Stay tuned

RE:Back on treadmill12 minute mile of treadmill today after several days off. Still working towards that 10 minute mark. Have new treadmill on order with auto incline to step things up a bit.
