Under 4 hard but rarely get a full hardon. Basically no shaft, just an acorn sticking out.

Im just under 6 hard, maybe 2 softor less. Since Ive gained a couple pounds I need to work it a little so its even noticed

stpetejeff I don't think you have to worry, yours looks great. When we look down at ourselves, we cannot see everything and it always looks smaller until we get hard. Enjoy it with pleasure.
