My neighbor will be selling her house in the future, 10 acres, decent sized house (not 3,000sqft). There is a pool. You should buy it and we can be neighbors!!! Im only 36 miles from Forty Acre Club!

hahaha, well, we certainly don't need 3000 sq ft. 1/2 that would probably be too much but I sure do love the 10 acres! MO is a bit too far from our family BUT... We'd love to be your neighbors!!! ;D
