World's most vibrant nudist communities?

For someone like a digital nomad, where is a good place to go in order to be heavily engaged in the naturist community?

Start by checking out the forums, locations and groups here for places/people near you.

Next, just get out the house and actually visit/engage in nude venues and see what all the world has to offer . . .

Happy hunting . . .

I think countries like Netherlands and Germany are really good to go to naturist beaches (at lakes or at sea) or go to naked spa's. Netherlands and Belgium have also a lot of activities, pool parties, naked bowling and so on.

Also Czechia, Slovenia and Croatia.

France has a lot of naturist campings and nude beaches. But the French people are more church goers, so can be negative towards nudity. Same and more for Italy.

Thank you, that's very helpful! For the eastern European countries you mention do you mean that it's mainly beaches or is there also a lot of organised stuff happening?

This site has a lot of campings and beaches (works better for Netherlands but also have abroad locations). https://blootkompas.nl/locaties/?search=&type=&filter%5Bland%5D= (push the button "toon kaart" to see a map of all locations). Also I use google maps and then type naturism or in Germany FKK. For activities is more difficult to find. I know Netherlands and Belgium has a lot of activities (because I can speak the Dutch language) as far as I know Germany has very little activities. In Czechia I couldnt find activities but also because I didnt know the language. For other countries I dont know either.

1. Where Not To Go: Don't go to The Middle East, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Iran. Don't go to Countries that ban nudity entirely when they are an "Officially Muslim" or "Muslim Majority" Country. Some people get badly treated over there in the Islamic nations of the world.

Don't go where they obviously don't like naturism or have repressed values, like they do in Mali, Guinea, Somalia, Egypt (especially now), Sudan (where they are fighting wars, and even if they wouldn't would still have bold repression of such people.) Basically, don't go to those places if you want to live naked in your house all the time. If you do that in especially these countries, even in your home, some of them really will not like it, and the government might try to make an example of you, unfortunately. Same for every place where it is formally illegal to do naturism even in your home.

Especially don't do it in public if society there is not accepting. Governments outlaw it on almost every continent, so check the laws on Wikipedia before going there. When that is the case, usually there are at least some people who think only bad people do it.

Islamic law rules several countries. Check on Wikipedia in "Legal Systems by Country" page on Wikipedia before going.

2. Where to Go:

Nearly fully legal: Denmark, Germany, New Zealand for non-violent nudity. Most of Spain does not have any restriction for nudity, except some places near or inside Barcelona which limit it to designated places.

Legal in certain places with less strict restrictions:

Netherlands is awesome for beaches and has limited resorts, but generally beach nudity is only fully legalized on certain limited beaches, but there are many of them.

Best tax wise might be Portugal or Ireland, not entirely sure about taxes. Nudism isn't fully legal there, but there are plenty of nude beaches along Portugal's coast. Ireland has some of its beaches having nudist sections.

Find an association that is a member of the international nudist (Naturist) federation and go to their website. British naturism, the branch in the UK, is very good on locations. Ireland has "Irish Naturists" or "Irish Naturism" as their member association. Here is the link to the INF:

Here is a moving list of naturist spots in North America and other places according to Wikipedia.

Here is a list of laws about the USA and naturism.

https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/public-indecency-laws-by-state

Look up the laws whenever you go to Commonwealth Realms or Commonwealth Nations related to the United Kingdom, and for the USA, and for the area you look at in the Republic of Ireland and the U.K, if you look at the English-Speaking Countries.

Commonwealth Realm and Commonwealth Republics were British colonial territories taken by the British Army and Government. Some still have the monarchy under a separate Parliament, some do not and are totally politically independent as republics or as another monarchy with a separate Monarch. I recommend everyone look that up and the laws about naturism before going to an English-speaking country or any country in general to check its ties to the U.K.

List of Commonwealth Monarchies (the Commonwealth Realm):

Thank you for reading, hope everyone finds luck in settling on a place that has naturism.

Have a good day.

I loved the Netherlands when I visited Den Haag with my parents in 2015.

Twice I visited Scheviningen and forgot to go to the "Noord" section, even when I had known about it before arrival.

But I included it in my naturist locations from 2015, my first time, even though none of us in my family went there nude hahaha. Only a few older people there at the beach, but we walked in the dunes parrallel to it.

But seriously I love the Dutch language (though I don't speak it well) and I love ancient Artwork from the Maurithaus museum and Artwork from the Escher Museum (MC Escher Museum Den Haag.)

And all seriousness I love Art In The Netherlands during the 1967 to 1971 period. Metamorphosis III is a masterpiece.

Escher is love.

Peace.
