trolls in groups
why are all these trolls allowed to take over all the groups here ? I only moderate one group here any more but have little to zero control , when tizzy or dizzy post hi for a good time contact me at so and so nothing about nudism and just trolling if I try to flag or delete a message pops up saying I can't do that.
That's the reason I will not upgrade to a paid account.
My thoughts as well.
What good does it do to have moderators if they can't moderate their assigned section. As an administrator on some other sites, we always give permissions to section moderators, so that they have the tools to moderate their section. We also have global or "super moderators", that are allowed the tools through all public sections. That allows them to assist the section moderators when needed.
If there aren't enough moderators, and they don't have the necessary tools, the site is destined for chaos. That's especially true with a site of this size.
well I only mod one group here and I was able to delete they're post and go in and delete them , sadly I made the group private and those wanting to join will have to be approved . those of us who moderate groups here need to be more diligent , don't start a group and abandon it or at least have a co-moderator - just my thoughts..
I sent complaints and suggestions to the "Trues" concerning reviewing the member list and culling anyone who has not logged in during the past 3 years or some date cut off. There are people listed who have not logged in in 10 years on the list of members. They just want to say we have a half million members and it's probably less than half of that.

I used to post active vs total membership numbers. The "last year" usually hovered around 30-35 thousand, but a good 50% of that had signed in once and never signed in again. I figured the true number of actual active users was less than 10 thousand and probably closer to 7500. Somewhere along the line a coding change was made that made doing this much harder, but not impossible. Search returns are now limited to 500 pages (5000 users) so you have to multiple searches and limit by different criteria (mostly I used age groups). It is a bit too labor intensive now, so I haven't done it in awhile, but I doubt the numbers have change very much.
Your recommendation to cull the accounts has been made many times before, including by me. They don't care. It appears to some degree they have abandoned maintaining the site unless/until something breaks hard. The feed has been intermittent for weeks now.
The ability to edit posts has been missing in action for maybe a year now. (there is a workaround as you can see I had to edit this post, but it is beyond most users ability and must be done in a windows browser, so not available on Android or Apple.)
The big recommendations I have made that would make TT2s life so much easier are:
Eliminate the ability to post profile photos/backgrounds except from the pre-approved media section of their account.
All new accounts are read only for posting including groups, forums, and galleries (at least for a specified period of time, say 30 days) unless paid and/or certified. I would leave them read only until paid and/or certified.

John, that's good info and advice. I just want to say I don't like either the certification or the paid membership. Right now, I don't see a value in either. I could, but the site is like a garden that got started but the gardeners don't want to maintain it.
But, maybe we are the weeds and the real plants are "lonely" members looking for "friendships?"
