Trip Report 2/8/25
A group of about 10 of us soaked sans suits on Saturday morning. The place was crowded and there appeared to be at least one more group of about a dozen guys. The first suit showed up around 10:30 and then a few more towards noon. The bubbling hot tub that is usually 101-102 degrees started out that way. Then there was a sudden influx of cold bubbles and cold water. Within a few minutes, the temp was in the 80s and water was flooding all over the floor. It stopped after a while and the temp worked its way back up.
FYI for anyone going soon -- The steam rooms are not on. A sign said that both they are off in both the men's and the women's areas. Hopefully they will be back on soon, but if they are an essential part of your visit, you may want to call first.

Are the sauna and steam rooms operational yet? My gosh Spa World has REALLY gone down hill since COVID!

That sauna was fine. Since both the men's and women's steam rooms were out of commission, I'm hoping that they have ordered new equipment for both.

Is it too much to hope for that when they do fix the steam room, they change the max temperature from surface of the sun to something tolerable for more than five seconds?

Ha! We shall see.
