RE:New Lofty fitness goals with incentives and penalties

I agree the difference is subtle with such a brief style, but there's still the difference of a band at the waist compared just a narrowing across the leg.

Update 4/19/25:
I went to the Doctor's this past Monday. The nurse weighed me, took my pulse and blood pressure and then I waited for a few minutes in the examination room. The doctor walked in and said, "Holy shit, I am impressed!" What you have done since last year is very rare.
Here is what I have done;
March 2024- 225 Lbs. April 2025 - 175
March 2024- 36 waist April 2025- 32
A1c:
March 2024- 7.2 April 2025 5.8
At the end of the examination he told me that my health and physical fitness was average....for a 45 year old.
That made me feel really good.
I found some old size 32 pants that I have had for years just hoping that someday they would fit again. That day has arrived.
I packed up all my 36 waist pants "just in case"

I previously did that with the 32"s and that worked out well.
My home gym is all set up and I have about half of the reflective privacy tint installed and today I installed an exhaust fan on the highest point on the wall. Those two make a huge difference! Used to be on an 80 sunny day, it would be 120 in there and in the summer it would reach 150 that is sauna temp and while I love saunas, I don't think working out in one is a good idea. I do like it warm for workouts though so temps in the 80's are fine for me. I do have a portable A/C unit that I can use in there if I need it, but today, it was 84 out, 78 in the house and with the exhaust fan running and the sliding door cracked open it dropped from 98 to 85 Once I finish the privacy tint, which should be done in a few days I will start a regular nude workout regimen. Anyone that wants to join me is welcome, just PM me. Also, i would love to find someone to take pictures of me working out to post here. again PM me if interested.

When I went to Weight Watchers they told us to get rid of our bigger clothes to encourage us to keep our weight down.
Worked for me for a few years, but I eventually gained the weight back and had to buy new clothes.
