Naked Bike Rides

Since public nudity is legal in Oregon, can't someone or small group take a naked bike ride any time they want to?

Technically yes but most people automatically think of Portland but it is actually illegal unless it is part of a protest. If it is a lone male then he might come across issues if he is disturbing traffic, larger groups can if they stay out of high traffic areas, or get approval from the city they wish to ride in. I nude 24/7 at home, but it's not socially acceptable enough for me to walk around in public yet. I think it's getting there but not quite enough for me yet. The best thing riders could do is contact the municipality and see if it would be an issue. If anyone around here does it let me know.
