Why are photos deleted from the gallery?

I have added photos to the gallery and set them on the avatar many times. Why do my photos disappear from the gallery and on the avatar?I wrote a letter to technical support twice, but I still have not received an answer.

Did your photos meet the guidelines? You are not certified, so they cannot contain nudity.

For non-nude photos, wait a few minutes after the system says the upload is complete before closing the dialog/window. I have come to the conclusion there are still background processes running, and if you move on too quickly, the upload doesn't really complete and the photos get deleted during the nightly cleanup process.

Media Upload Rules
No headless shots allowed if genitals are shown, PARTIAL FACE must at least be shown
Pictures must be nudist-friendly. No voyeuristic, exhibitionist photos
No sexual pictures, erections, crotch shots or pornographic pictures are not allowed
No Spread Eagle, or shots where the butt, genitals or anus are the main focus point.
No photos containing anyone under the age of 18. Even clothed photos
All pictures can be deleted at the discretion of the administrator
Please rotate, crop or adjust all photos, prior to upload. Improperly uploaded photos will be removed
