Certification issues

Hello everyone,
I rejoined the site about 10 days ago and am experiencing difficulties in passing certification.
I have taken a picture of me holding the print out and have been rejected.
Have also attached a picture of driving licence on one occasion, and passport on another.
Still no luck.
Any ideas or suggestions most welcome.

Im having the same issue. Ive contact customer service four times over a week and half, and have been ignored.

I was going to upgrade, instead I think Ill be shutting my account.
