RE:nude running / walking
Walked around 5kms nude at Pacific Sun Friends yesterday. The main walk which is about 3kms is about 50% bush walk with the other half being the airstrip come roadway into the facility.
I love the bush portion of the walk. Dials down my stress and the ringing in my ears while also helping the weight game!
