WNBR in California

Hello, I guess I am still pretty new to nudism and so far only am nude at home when I can. I live in Fresno, CA, and I heard the WNBR in San Francisco and Los Angeles takes place in California but would love it to also be organized in or near Fresno. How does the WNBR expand in the number of cities, and how do I participate in a World Naked Bike Ride?
