How come I can't post a video
No, I've had those four videos up for a very long time. I'm trying to post a new one. The ticket I submitted also apparently supposed that because I have four videos, the problem is solved. But it isn't.
I tried the video as I first took it, .mp4, and tried it first by the advanced upload (the one that comes up first when I go to upload), and then the basic one. In each one, it goes through the motions of uploading, then the note about uploading disappears. In the first option, there's a little upload bar with percentage; it gets to 100%. In the second, a little box tells me it's uploading, then it goes away after a while.
When that didn't work, I converted the file to .mpeg and .wmv both. And I tried them both, in both different ways. The same thing happens.
By the way, they're all well under the upload limit stated under the rules.
I didn't know about 24 hours. But it's been longer than that.
I've had this issue for awhile. I did a test some months back and
found videos taken with my old camera upload just fine. Videos
taken with the new camera do not. I'm sure it's a rendering issue
at TN's end, but have seen no action taken to fix it.

What exactly happens when you try to post a video? If it's amatter of it not showing up, it takes 24 hours for things posted toyour profile to be uploaded and approved. As an edit, I looked at your profile and you have posted videos on your profile, so I'm assuming all is fixed now, if not then I assume it's the above situation.
Why in the world would you assume either of those things?????? Point one: It's been way more than 24 hours for at least my first six attempts to upload. Point two: Those four videos have been up for a couple of years at least; I'm trying to do a fifth.
Whatever would prompt you to make those assumptions??
OK, I've tried again. I never got any answers to my last five tickets. This time, I'll only try it once--for now. (The other times, I tried it several times.)
I used the .wmv format version; I used the basic uploader. It showed a notice for a while that the video was uploading, and then that notice disappeared. That's all.
So this time, I won't try the other upload procedure--nor will I try right away to upload the .mpg or .mp3 versions.
