I never have, but it sounds like fun. That sounds like it could be very exciting to trade the ones you are are wearing right there in front of each other. Through the mail doesn't appeal to me as much. If anyone around the Detroit Metro area is looking to trade I would be interested.
Yes I have one specific pair from a bud. They still smell like him. I also have done this with two guys and jockstraps. I also have picked up stray boxers and briefs left homeless at the gym. Those I launder before wearing. I have several of those and Im wearing a pair right now. 31 inch waist and always looking for new trade mates.

Similar, here, to @profind... I have a regular buddy I meet and trade with. And I have also picked up a few abandoned pieces in the locker room. Too bad my gear is sized a bit bigger (36-38 inch waist), or would take you up on your trade offer!
My preference is to meet others and show my collection and have a look through theirs. There's always something things that I want to try on, and I always like seeing some of stuff on other guys.Its specially exciting trying on nice intimate wear that others have already worn or used.Sometimes I swap or give away my stuff but more usually just let the other person try them on and see how they look and fit.
Somehow I missed this post, before. I used to do this exact thing. Loved it!
