Haulover Beach, Fl visit

Hi. Im a puertorican visiting Haulover Beach for the first time. Can you give me some advice about the best time to reach the place? Where to park? Any other info about the place?

I was there about 8 years ago it was tricky to find. Use GPS if you have it.Parking was cheap but limited so go early if great weather and its parallel to a small road that I thought the drivers would be distracted
I was in September and it had random rain showers - but its a nice cozy beach
