RE: okay you just won enough in the lottery.

An island large enough to have hiking trails with a small parcel on shore to park and take a boat to/from the island

Perhaps open a small naked-friendly B&B for the opportunity to mingle with nice naked guests ...

I love our home and gardens. I would just love to be able to transport it to the end of a long drive instead of being facing onto the main road. Far enough away from the neighbours so that they don't bother us and vice versa.
Having a gate at the back opening out into private woodland would be icing on the cake.

Hill top, ocean/beach view home with 5 bedrooms/5 baths, neighborsfar enough way that I don't have to worry about beingnaked onany part of my property. The property would be mostly flat. I'dhave a pool, spa, basketball court, tennis court/pickle ball court, baseball diamond, soccer field/football field, sand volleyballcourt, large patio (covered and latticed), outdoor kitchen, wine and beer tap, minimum 10 acres ... I'll figure out all theother amenities as I dream a bit more! :DAndy my ignorance seems to have no bounds. What is Pickle Ball ?

someone mentioned 2 homes. I like that idea. One would be a loft or condo in a high rise building in a the heart of a big city. NYC, Chicago, or maybe overseas London, Paris, Rome. No maintenance , spectacular views, close to culture and floor to ceiling windows which I would not pull the blinds ever. The other home would be waterfront in a tropical location Fiji , Tahiti, Bonaire The Canary Islands or maybe even post Castro Cuba , simple home, nothing fancy. Open air infinity bath and outside shower. Beach good for skinny dipping. with a mix of nudist and understanding non nudist neighbors. Plenty of space to host dinner parties and a couple of guest rooms for a rotating roster of guests from all over the world.
well back to reality of newly hatched skeeters and a raccoon which keeps eating the barn cat food as i put it out. the barn cats sit there and watch him eat it.

Rockdad... From Wikipedia...Pickleballis
aracquet sportthat combines elements
ofbadminton,tennis, andtable tennis.Two, three,
or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite
materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to
awiffle ball, over a net. The sport shares features of other
racquet sports, the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and
a net and rules similar to tennis, with a few modifications.
Pickleball was invented in the mid 1960s as a children's backyard
pastime but quickly became popular among adults as a fun game for
players of all levels.

Even a small racoon is best left alone when food is involved (and even when it isn't). You'll need to figure out a way to lock out the racoon while the cats eat. Otherwise they'll either starve or get ripped to shreds.

I hate to sound greedy (or indecisive) but I would buy two houses: one in town, another in the mountains.I'm an urban kind of guy. I like the amenities that I find in a big city: diversity of people, cultural activities, festivals, walkable streets and interesting places to walk to, good restaurants, public transit. I'd have a relatively modest house--probably 1500 s.f. or so in an older (more walkable) neighborhood. Enough of a yard to futz around in, but nothing too much to care for. A fenced back yard with enough privacy to be nude, and an outdoor shower. The second house would be similarly modest in size, but on a couple of acres in the mountains a couple of hours away. A big screen porch is a must, as is a big fireplace indoors. There would be enough privacy that I could be naked whenever I was here. Not too much to dream about, is it?I'm thinking a penthouse with a rooftop garden patio and pool on top of the tallest building in town."I'm thinking a penthouse with a rooftop garden patio and pool on top of the tallest building in town." - I hope the neighbours who build a higher block on adjacent land soon afterwards are nudists too in that case!

I don't buy lottery tickets as I don't believe in gambling but if someone gave me a winning ticket I'd set the money aside to makeour retirement more comfortableand more monetarily stress free. It's really difficult living on our small pensions, my wife and I. As for buying the perfect property to be a naturalist, I all ready own mime, five acres, 2.5 grass near the house(not my favourite part, cutting the lawn) and 2.5 forest all around the outside of the property. Then there is a 60 footwide forested road allowance behind our property where I have built a trail over to the main public foot path in the forest at the end of the road our drive is on. The forest extends for miles with many miles of public foot paths that local hikers, neighbours walking their dogs and horse back riders use. Because I kept running into one neighbour walking his unruly dogs and had many near encounters with other people thatover a three year period (and ongoing) I built my own 2 hour longnature trail using a compass so I wouldn't get lostNow every morning in the summer months I can leave my house naked usually between 5 and 6am and return by 8 or 9ambefore the main trail becomes used by my neighbours. I thinkfor now as long asI maintain good health I am living in the perfect location for a naturalist. Only regret is that there are no other naturalist near by to share morning walks with.
