Non-landed Upstate SC group

I would love to get a non-landed Upstate group going.
Where we go hangout at each others place and pool. Anyone interested in helping me put this together?

what did you have in mind for starting this group?
I don't really know details. I just thought it would be nice to have a group of couples to hang out with. Any ideas?
