Heading West

We will be traveling from SC to Texas in a week or two. Are there any good beaches along the way that might be worthy of stopping by?
We will like to spend a day at Hippy Hollow in Texas but haven't found any others.

There are no official nude beaches in Texas. There an unofficial area at South Padre. The southern tip of Texas and a looong way from Austin/HH. There is another unofficial area near Corpus Christi but we haven't been to it so we don't know much about it. There are a number of clubs in the area though.

Thanks for the info about Texas. I guess what we were
thinking about was somewhere in Louisiana, or Arkansas, or
somewhere midway among the trip to break it in half for a stop.

Arkansas has tough nudity laws but they do show one resort, for men only, on here. Louisiana shows 5. Porter Emerald, near Houston, looks nice and several people here frequent it.
