South Carolina Lowcountry outdoors

Hi folks. I do some nude kayaking, but other than that, I'm limited to where one can go to work on their all over tan. Does anyone know of places to go in the Lowcountry? Or if making new friends is appealing, does anyone have a secluded pool or backyard they would care to share and enjoy some company while working on the aforementioned tan?
