There will be most likely be very few fake/spammers profiles of men against women on this site.

If she's not real, someone else has been answering her mail.
... Of course, the profile might not be accurate, but that's
true of anyone here that has not been certified, right? ...
And, also... even certified users can post fake information.
There's even a chance that the pictures were stolen from
her... or ... posted by her to those other sites... so... who can
say, with certainty, what's real... and what is an illusion?

I've just come across yet another fake account. Pauline19 more photos from a professional photo shoot with photos stolen from other countries.I think i'll soon be saying goodbye to Truenudists.
This is why I rarely use this site. Too many fakes on it, and an overload of males over females. I think the site's admins need to crack down on pseudonyms being used and make everyone go under their real names.
