Hand bag

When I go to the resorts in my area, I usually have a small digital camera case for my wallet, keys and cell phone. I was wondering what everyone else uses to carry your essentials. I would not really like to use a fanny pack.

In the UK, fanny is a slang word for vagina, so a fanny pack sounds like another word for sanitary towel.

Drawstring bag for me.

  1. It's simple, efficient and light. You can use it as a backpack or just swing it over your shoulder.

At our resort, Laguna Del Sol, they sell towels with a Velcro pocket sewn on. I picked one up a couple of years ago and find it great as I just have one thing to carry around with me. When this one wears our I'll be buying another.

Wallet stays in the car (or room if we are traveling to a resort). We have baseball hats with a zippered pocket big enough for a car key, a credit card, and a couple of $20 bills for walking around. Then we bring a backpack with towels and sunscreen plus a Kindle and iPad, but that stays at whatever loungers we find by the pool.

I leave EVERYTHING in the car. Keyless entry is the way to go :-) The only things with me are my towel, my drinks, my sun block, shades and hat :-)
