The Hate Crime of Shooting Police Officers.
There is a movement in the United States where some misguided individuals feel that it is necessary to shoot and kill our Police officers. Every right thinking person should take it upon them selves to condemn this activity and if we are presented the opportunity to personally act against it, to do so.The first thing we as good citizens can do it to always obey the orders of a duly sworn police officer. The police have a duty to preform and we we must always fully cooperate in any encounter we have with a police officer. We hire, train, equip, and pay police officers to protect us from the bad guys but we must be willing to help them in fulfilling their duties.What often happens is a call goes out that there was a convince store robbery with shots fired. A description goes out of perhaps a black or hispanic looking man, wearing kaki pants and a white Tee shirt is the subject, and he is armed. All the nearby police converge on the area looking of people who fit this description. When the see someone who matches the description they want to stop him and check him out. The officer is about ready to pee his pants because he knows the person has a gun and is willing use it. He is very cautious in approaching the suspect to check him out. Here is where a person must obey the office implicitly. You must not do anything to raise the officers suspicions or reactions. If things check out, you will be on your way and the officer will continue looking for the perp. If you have some problems with the police, they will have to do their duty, but what ever it is, it's not worth dying over.Some people may complain that this is a nudist website and it has nothing to do with police work. Well I disagree, I have several nudist friends who are police officers and I'd like to keep them around. DesertRat.
All this goes back to liberal policies. The nanny state that tells people that they are victims. That they need government to get by. That they are not responsible for their circumstances and are incapable of building a better life.The greatest tragedy of the first half-black president is that he continued to divide us rather than inspiring young black men to reach higher. Race relations in this country are the worst they been since the sixties, and it's all because of the liberal strategy of divide, victimize, conquer and control. Rinse. Repeat.What a shame.

Take away their guns and make them fight and solve problems with their BRAINS for once.I hope that Bernie Sanders will become the next President and get rid of the violence and trigger-happy types - police and civilians alike.

Just do it... sometimes that isn't good enough. Sadly there are a number of cases where the person being detained is asked for ID, reaches for the wallet and is shot for making a "furtive gesture". Police shootings drop when you make the trigger harder to pull indicating (to me) accidental shootings happen and then get blamed on suspect behavior.

abiding citizens with guns=more criminals with guns=more gun

Take a look at Europe where there are tighter restrictions and
fewer guns and there are fewer shootings. Not trying to say the terrorist acts etc don't exist, they do, but a guy on the street with a gun is only going to get himself killed in those situations.

Per 100,000 population killed with a firearm USA in 2014 10.54, UK 2011 0.23 Canada mixed years 1.97 even countries like Mexico over mixed years is 7.64. Europe on average will be about 1.50.
So how can people say the USA is a safer country with the free for all gun culture. Yes a lot of the USA ones are people taking their own lives with them but that also shows what people think about living in the USA. with the USA 6.69 against UK 0.06 per 100.000
First, take Chicago, New York, LA out of the stats, they reverse. Why, those three cities are gun free, so, only bad guys get the guns. When you remove the gun-free cities, our standing in gun deaths is very, very low.Our problem our politicians and judges that are spineless and worthless.
If in the UK places like London was taken out ours would go right down as well, and all countries did that just leaving areas where now-one was killed with a gun, there would be fingers showing nobody in the world was killed with a gun.
