Coconut Oil - more than just for cooking

It's well known that Coconut Oil is a healthy alternative to the usual cooking oils and fats but not everyone has realised how beneficial it is to body maintenance yet.
I have started using it in 2 ways;
1. Post Shower - Don't dry yourself with a towel. Just stand in the shower for a minute to allow most of the excess water to drip away. Then take a tub f coconut oil and using your fingers to scoop a small amount out (size of a large coin), work it into your hands before applying to your skin. Try to apply in a downwards direction to remove the excess water. It's best to do this at night so you don't have to spoil your clothes getting ready for work.
2. Hair Conditioner - Shop bought hair products can be full of chemicals and you wouldn't want to use them on your nether regions. For a natural shine and healthy boost of life, comb coconut oil through damp hair and allow to dry naturally or style as usual. It's also great to work through your pubic hair as it leaves the hair lovely and soft. I find the man bush less itchy in the hot weather since doing this.
As always, it would be good to hear how you get on with any of the tips

I buy it in a jar as a solid form. Little tip, you can get it in B&M. 2 for a large jar. Best price I've found it.
Anyway, you want it solid for applying to your skin, a bit like applying a cream. Just rub your fingers into then it will work fine. Same really for your hair, but if you want it more runny, it will next at 22 degrees so just steam it.
