Group naked massage session

Yesterday I participated in a group yoga/massage course in
Chicago. In the past I went to what was
essentially a structured all male nude group massage. There was no guidance and everyone from serious
massage enthusiasts (like me) to horny pot-smoking, vodka swillers
participated. It did little for me so I
chose not to go back.

The course yesterday included breathing and stretching exercises
before and during the massage work, and it concluded with a gong bath. It was all very relaxing and satisfying, and
the combination of free nude and guided controlled energy was both relaxing beneficial
for me.

Here in Chicago, naked body work group events tend to draw
primarily gay and bi men, and often the combined sexual energy is a challenge
to contain. I admire how my teacher can
direct this from something that may want to be released to something that can
truly transform, and its all good. Curious to learn of similar experiences!
