RE: What's Cooking TodayRoast beef, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peas, yorkshire pudding and thick gravy. My wife is cooking today, so I shall relax with a glass or two of cold beer, whilst listening to some good country music.

RE: What's Cooking TodayMy lunch will be the left-over surprise special of the day. We manage to have bits & pieces of prior meals in the fridge and Ive assigned myself clean up duty. Its usually a pretty good deal....something to eat and extra space in the fridge.

RE: What's Cooking TodayI have 2 zucchini plants = too many ;-) So thinking of different ways to cook them. Last night was with Cream Sensations roasted garlic and parmesan sauce. Maybe tonight add some rice, chicken and cream of mushroom soup.
I already took a bunch to the local food shelf.

RE: What's Cooking TodayZucchini can be used in breads as well. I had an aunt that grew zucchini and made zucchini bread all the time. It is great for sharing.

RE:What's Cooking TodayI have some spareribs on the BBQ right now.
When they are finished they will have been on there for about 5 hours.
Takes some time to make a delicious diner.
But I do have to admit I never BBQ in the nude ... clumsy people like me would probably have no body hair hair left after a session and full of burn marks :)
