What is your favorite part of Central Park in NYC?

I have a friend visiting in mid-October from Italy for the
first time and he wants to do the tourist thing. One stop, or maybe better
worded multiple stops is Central Park. I am looking for suggestions; nicehiking trails and areas tosit and enjoy the views.Can you
tell me what part(s) of the park you like most? Please include what it is that
draws you there.
