Masculinity today

Brothers,
While trolling the internet for something completely different than this, I ran across a couple of short videos that made me think of this group and some potential amazing conversations. For those interested, check them out and let's share perspectives.
NOTE: I'll be interested in those opinions of our international brothers. These films (at least in my mind) address masculinity and the issues and expectations surrounding masculinity in US society. How different (dysfunctional?) are these American issues/perspectives from other cultures?
