RE: InchesI am anywhere from 2 to 4 inches soft and about 7.5 inches erect. I have been told its thick never measured around it.

RE:InchesI'm somewhere around 4-5 inches when flaccid and hanging free and about 7.5 when hard. I'm quite thick, too.
