On Line Exams on Skype. I am not a real Doctor but they are conducted as if in a real Dr's office. I ask you a number of health questions. You are fully dressed including underwear. I check your ears and nose and mouth and neck. Then I ask you to take off your shirt and check your heart. Then I ask you to drop your pants and underwear and check for a hernia and your prostrate. For me it is not about nudity or seeing the guy nude but an opportunity to get to know the guy and developing a friendship. When done I tell you to get dressed.
