The Copyright Computer says NO

"The European Commission says Internet hosts should pre-censor everything we upload to the Internet for copyright violations. The UK agrees."

This would apply to everyone in the EU and every site that you upload content to. On TN it would mean that your uploaded contributions would be required to be checked, so your photo of yourself at a nude beach would be checked for copyright infringements.

I have nothing to do with the group posting the linked page, nor am I saying what anyone should or shouldn't do, I'm posting it for information purposes solely. If you want to support the petition or plans you have until tonight to do something about, sorry for the short notice, I've only just seen it.
