In need of manscaping

So I live in the Tampa Bay area and would like to get my body hair under control. I hate manscaping myself and don't really know what to do. Once I get in better shape I'm getting a tattoo on my chest so I'll be trimming it down a lot. But anyone willing to do it for me for help me learn, I would be greatly appreciative.
