Would you participate in a discussion on naturism on live radio?
https://clothesareoptional.wordpress.com/2017/01/14/calling-naturists-in-the-solent-area-will-you-talk-on-local-radio/
This radio station in central southern England are looking for local people to participate, apparently it is clothing optional.
Would/will you take part?
I would but I live well outside the area from which they want nudist volunteers. I wonder if the participant could/would be naked during the program. I've had my nude photo on the website of my local radio (Stray FM) and many textile acquaintances have commented on it. I look forward to a similar program in which I could participate.
Very interesting that programs are been done on this and hopefully things like this will remove peoples idea that nudity is bad and means sex.
Yes it is out of my area as well but I would partake if it was my local area.
The program will go out on the 2nd Feb between 12 and 1 and can be listened to on line.
@ Olly - the post where I first read about it said the programme would be clothing optional.
As with you both it is not my local area either, though not too far away. I'd be interested in doing it if it was, I'd do it nude if they said that was OK, it'd be another fun thing to tick off on my list of nudist activities. I'd happily discus just about anything about nudism, how I became a nudist, why I love it, where I socialise nude, why I think it should be easier to be nude in far more places, why nudism should be celebrated rather than as something to be ashamed of and kept quiet about etc, much as we would on TN.
I agree that its a good thing that mainstream media are covering nudist issues. I've seen reports of similar programs on other local radio station in recent times, they had people from British Naturism and what could be called non-organised nudists on them and I remember that they were interviewed nude. They don't interview textiles when they are nude as far as I can tell usually, surely its natural to interview nudists in their preferred state?

I believe your time zone is GMT/UTC, correct?
I live in the USA Eastern Time Zone, so that should be 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM.
Would you have the URL for the live broadcast or a URL to listen to a replay?
Thanks,
Bob

Your time calculations are correct Bob for the difference between yourself and the UK (UTC/GMT)
The station website is https://www.bbc.co.uk/radiosolent
It looks like you can listen to it live online, using BBC iPlayer (links on above site), listeners outside of the UK sometimes have restrictions on what they can listen to this way. If anyone interested in listening to this from outside of the UK is not sure how to get around this issue, using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a method for getting around location restrictions, by spoofing your location IP address. A good free VPN service is Windscribe, they give you 10GB of free use each month and also have a browser plug-in for some popular browsers, this has no usage limits. Its easy to set up, a walk-through process, and I have nothing to do with the provider other than that I've used their services.

It appears they put up some of their shows and segments as pod casts. If they do that, that would be ideal, we can download and listen at anytime.
Thanks,
Bob

I didn't see any podcasts for the show that this discussion is scheduled for. Maybe they will anticipate the wider audience that this show may appeal to though.
