Drone flies over nudist's yard
I have looked over the FAA website and tried to find the applicable rules ever since a helicopter landed in my front yard (it was very foggy and they were concerned about flying through it). I have even called the county sheriff regarding this question. Best I have been told is to call the sheriff. Not a very satisfactory answer when no one can tell what the pertinent law is (or where to find it). Especially for a free citizen wanting to know his options for protecting his property and privacy. We are responsible to know and follow the law, but nobody knows what the law is. I plan to call the county judge one of these days to see what he says.
Don't know the legal ramifications, but if you build a 'potatoe gun' and fire a small weighted net. It could easily drop a drone. Israel has something similar to stop drone attacks in their airspace... Think of the fun video it would create with a nude man firing a net!
they can fly all they want if i'm in the privacy of my backyard nude I don't care. been at nudist camp many times and planes , helicopers have buzzed the area but yet to see a drone but sure it's coming.
I was at Cypress Cove one time out on the lake paddle boarding nude of course when a plane with pontoons flew over head. They were so low I thought they were going to land in the lake but they kept going.
Also one afternoon I was sitting on my back porch in the nude when a helicopter kept flying over my house for at least 10 minutes going away and circling back overhead. Didn't see the need to cover up since it was my backyard. Then I got a text from my neighbor telling me the police were looking for an armed robber on our street and that we should probably lock ourselves inside. Turned out it was a police helicopter. I bet they got an eyeful.
I live in the country and last Christmas day I saw a drone flying over. I didn't really pay much attention. Figured it was someone's new present. I'm always naked when I'm outside either working in the yard, hanging on the deck, pissing, even jerking off. Now I see the drone all the time. I don't even look up, just keep doing what I'm doing. I'm hoping I'm getting some little twink hard. LOL
I was at Kings Beach in Byron Bay, Australia last summer and was lying on the beach face up and half asleep when I heard a loud buzzing and sat up and a large drone was filming me only a matter of metres away. I just up and threw sand at it. Don't think that had any affect but I was very annoyed about it. i'm wondering whether the footage will end up somewhere like a website for sneaky drone footage. Maybe just some guys spank bank.
