2017 : Year of the Tiger
Hey, all. Been here before, changed usernames (long story), glad to be back. And glad to be in 2017, got renewed momentum at the gym, looking forward to shedding this old body and crafting the one I always wanted (or as close to it as this old body will allow, ha ha).
In 2017, looking to:
* Drop weight below 200.0 any one day of the year
* Drop bodyfat below 10.0%
* Set new Personal Records in all my primary weight lifts
* Hit the "315 Club" for Bench Press and Squat
* Complete 1 pull-up (I haven't done one since junior high)
(And generally turn heads in my direction, ha ha.)

This year won't give me a break! Ugh! Between treacherous weather and a busy work schedule, it's like I haven't done anything at all yet. 300 days left until New Year's Eve, counting down from today (3/6/17). I made myself go for a jog even though it was snowing. This body needs transforming and it won't happen by waiting for the weather to cooperate.

Anyway, I totally agree. I'm wanting my own body to feel healthier and fitter and stronger and that's not going to happen if I continue doing what I did last year. I got myself a Fitbit and it's a constant reminder to keep moving, even if it's just to walk a few more steps instead of taking an elevator.
