I've been thinking about it for months and for ever putting it off. My friend gave all sorts of reasons not to. Then he got one himself a few days ago!!! So I went and got a PA yesterday (12 April). Frankly I can't think why I was so worried. It was much easier than my nipples, does not hurt and there are no problems peeing. And I can still use my fraenum piercing - the ring in the PA and a dumbbell in the fraenum.
