New Hiking Group!
I started this new hiking group for those of us in the Western US. I specifically targeted this area of the states because we are interested in sharing experiences, advice and sharing ideas of where to hike naked in states we are most likely to visit.
Hope some will be willing to join and share their Western US hiking experiences.
I know that there are some group hikes organized for Deep Creek Hot Springs above Devore but I've never been able to make it on those trips. Luckily, this last trip to Mira Vista with our close nudist friends, our closest friends shared a 2bdrm condo with us. They are frequent hikers out in their neck of the woods, Colorado. He did all the planning for day hikes. I just had to get up, slip something on, pack the backpack with water and snacks and drive to the Trail Head. He did all the guiding! ;D
Befriended a young lady here from the Tucson area. She organized and guided a group up to Tanque Verde Falls in eastern Tucson. I wish we could have made that trek with her group. We'll return to Tucson and Mira Vista and hopefully meet up with her and take a hike up there.
I've not done the Deep Creek hike either but while in Tucson and staying at Mira Vista, my close friend and I did some Moderate to Strenuous hiking trails. It was cool and sometimes cold so nude hiking wasn't really an option. I don't think Di would have done those hikes either and I would have preferred to have her along, as well as our friend's wife, but they felt that shopping was more important!
I'm hoping that more and more members will join our group and we can share places and trails where it's easy to hike nude and give us a Easy, Moderate or Strenuous rating on those nude hiking trails they are aware of.

Does the group think that it might be helpful to start building a list or catalog of nude hiking locations? In addition to the classics - Deep Creek, DeAnza / Borrego, Tanque Verde Falls, and Sycamore, there are a number of lesser known locations around Tucson that offer great nude hiking. I am sure that others know
For example, Wild Horse Tank is one of my favorites, even though there is a risk of encountering textiled hikers and equestrians during the first four of the five miles hiking in. Butterfly Trail at the top of Mt Lemmon is good during Arizona's hot summers.
So.... Group: What is the best format for compiling and sharing such information?
