Bay / Bare to Breakers 2017?

Anyone planning to do Bay to Breakers run this year, or running as part of the Bare to Breakers contingent? I am considering entering, and it would be my first time, not only as part of the race, but first time in San Francisco as well. I would most likely be walking most of it, as I am not a trained runner in any capacity, but I would love to do it just for the opportunity, and would love to meet up with other TN members that may be around. I live in the Midwest and would be flying out, and need to work out lodging and expenses - have put an ad on Couchsurfing to see if there are any hosts available. Just wondered if there were any others currently entered and planning or maybe have been in the past and have any suggestions/advice. thanks :)

I have done it twice, and had a blast both times, they also cracked down on Nudity and Alcohol when I was doing it too but was still able to do it, and I walked around naked too! Went to Baker/Marshall beach at the end too as had seen pictures from that beach in H&E in UK for many years lol

Walked it one year with the wife. She was too scared to get nude. It was way to many hippies for my liking.

I'm going this year, and am planning to go nude the whole way. I'm flying in from Virginia, and this will be my first time at Bare to Breakers, so it would be great to meet up with other nudists, so I'm not out there naked all by myself!

The Bare to Breakers site says that if you get their official Yellow Hat, you'll be recognized as part of a group that is legally recognized as a peaceful gathering for a public demonstration of Body Freedom, and is considered Protected Free Speech.

I can't wait!
