When you are not used to being naked, your body will sometimes over react to the new sensations. You get used to it after a while, and as long as your mind isn't on sexual things, unwanted arousal stops being a problem.

Usually people get aroused because thinking of sex

To add to this, you are conditioned to think of nudity = sex which is why you get aroused when you are nude. After you are nude often enough in non sexual situations you will condition to not only associate this with sex and become less aroused when nude
