My wife doesn't have a problem with me being naked at home. The only rule is that I have to be clothed when we have visitors. I guess that I am more fortunate than others.
I'm in the same boat. Thankfully (a) we don't have many visitors, and (b) my dress code can be *informal* when the in-laws are here for two weeks.
All of my shorts have had the lining removed which makes them far more comfortable, but I have been reminded more than once that they're not as *safe* that way :D
My wife is okay with it but doesn't care for nudity herself. She actually says she likes to see me nude. We sunbathed nude a few times while at a cabin we regularly rent in the middle of nowhere. Later I told her I enjoyed it and would like to be nude as much as I can at home. She immediately said okay. I was surprised.
She has helped me make our yard private, even making suggestions. She helps me find vacation spots where I can be nude, including the cabin (where there is a private 2 mile hiking trail!). She tells me to take off my clothes when there is some opportunity. Once she even told me not to get dressed for coming home from the cabin. She drove me naked for 60 miles. And that enabled me to have been naked at the cabin for a week and not get dressed at all for another few days at home.
I tell my wife constantly I appreciate her understanding and acceptance. She says she loves me for who I am and if being naked is enjoyable to me and a part of who I am, she actually loves me FOR it. I'm pretty lucky.

That's exactly how it should be, and how it is for us. We both know our own comfort levels, me naked, Mar wearing *enough*.
Also, the more we enjoy being naked, the more comfortable and relaxed she becomes with the situation. She no longer worries when I walk around the lounge, or some of the less secure areas of our garden.
She's also used to me arriving home bottomless and doesn't bat an eyelid. However, that's only when I'm in the car alone. Even though I've been doing this for over 2 years and I'm 100% certain nobody has seen me, she still thinks it's wrong because I could be seen.

My wife, too, has begun wearing next to nothing when I'm naked. When we've had the chance to be outside together in the woods she will be completely undressed for a little while, but not for very long. She does say she likes it when she does, so there's hope. She, like your spouse,is now completely unworried when I walk about my yard and deck nude. As it's become more normal for me it's become more so for her.
Coming home in the car naked I think would be another thing. While I've driven naked she doesn't know that. But maybe I should tell her. After all she let me ride naked with her once. I think maybe I should try get her comfortable with me driving by asking her to take me for a ride or two naked again.
