A New "Terra Cotta" is about to Open?

Some friends of ours, directed us to their Tweeter account, and we found out .....that it is all True.
How GREAT is that?
Having another New Option, available to us all, that Love the Sun and Palm Springs.
The sudden closing of the Old Terra Cotta, sure left a sudden and BIG Void for us all, who truly loved Terra Cotta, and its unique ambiance, and of course... we all Loved Tom and Mary Claire and Patty!
Desert Sun was forced onto us all, due to having no other options, in Palm Springs.
Having said that, we just recently started.. to really really like Desert Sun, but it took a few visits to feel the place.....its sooooo Big.
We are dying to check out the New Terra Cotta, and sure do hope, that it copies the exact same format, that made Tom and Mary Claire's Old TCI, a Home away from Home , for so many of us.
We did see, that they are keeping the Old Tradition alive, of serving Fresh Strawberries and Wine, at 4:00 PM each and every day.
Thats a nice touch, BUT.....the Main thing, that they really need to do....is to carry on with the much appreciated Continental Breakfast....each and every morning, that made the Old Terra Cotta what it was.
Its those nice added extra touches, that separated TCI from Desert Sun.
Everyone looked forward to the early morning Social Event, that the Continental Breakfast created, amongst its guests.
It was just a very nice perk, that everyone looked forward to.
Hopefully, the New Owners realize and clue in on, ......what made the Old Terra Cotta - the Terra Cotta that we all used to Love.
We see no mention at all......about that morning Treat???
Of course, there is mention of the Strawberries and Wine, which is Ok....but.....their Breakfast was looked forward to ......by all.
The No Smoking any where is mentioned , and that will be very well received by those of us, that appreciate Fresh Clean Air.
It would also be nice to see a NO Drinking and a NO PEEING in the Pool Policy, for the Drinkers in the Shallow end of the Pool, who never ever got out of the Pool.....all day long?
That always made us shake our heads, at the old TCI.
LOL......they would consume NON STOP Alcohol all day long, in GLASS Bottles or Glass Tumblers, in a Pool?.....and yet.....they never ever got out???
How can that be Folks?...and we all know who you are! LOL
As these people get Older, they start to act worse, than their own Grand Kids do, at any public venue.
The No Smoking, and the No Glass of any kind around the Pool, and NO Peeing in the Pool, would be a huge up grade, over the Old TCI.
Gross!
We hope that the New Terra Cotta, will be a Huge Success for the new owners.
With the help of Mary Claire and Tom, how can it not be!
We can hardly wait to check it out, as soon as we can.
We are planning a little 4 day Long Weekend in August to try it out and see for ourselves, how the new place is.
We are presently booked into Desert Sun for 2 weeks in September, but we could see, cancelling those reservations pretty quickly, if the same Homey Ambiance is there for us all, at the New Terra Cotta.
They say that you can never ever go back home?
We sure HOPE, that the New Terra Cotta, proves that saying to be soooo very Wrong! lol

PS:......The Continental Breakfast, is a definite MUST have!
That is what makes it, the Terra Cotta!
