Encourage The Growth Of Healthy Breast Tissue

Encourage The Growth Of Healthy Breast Tissue

One of the arguments for going braless, as supported by completed and ongoing research is that wearing a bra may (or appears to) hinder the growth of healthy breast tissues. Healthy breast tissue growth adds to the firmness and lift of the breasts and the strengthening of the muscles of the chest that support breast tissue. Going without a bra encourages the growth of this healthy breast tissue and thereby improves the appearance and the overall feel of the breasts.

If you Google or browser search "health risk wearing bras", you'll get lots of articles on studies, most done abroad, that found that there were drastic decreases in fibroid cysts and benign lumps in breast tissue in women who did not wear bras. My wife got the message after her first surgery to remove a cyst and her doctor and the surgeon both told her to stop wearing bras and to wear bralettes or camisoles, both of which she wears when it's needed. Unfortunately, she had to have a second cyst removed surgically but has not had one since and has clean mammograms each year since those days long ago.

I'm encouraged by medical personnel who recommend women to go bra-free for breast health. Now if only the fashion industry would get on-board but their's is a multi-million $ industry and constantly trying to develop new wares to encourage men and women to spend their money on new fashions to artificially enhance their appearance.

The fashion industry is actually hypocritical though, considering the super models go almost always, if not always, braless on the runways and celebrities are encouraged to wear revealing clothing, usually braless as well.

hahaha ... not really funny and kinda sad but I saw an advertisement for a bra with an adjustment to enhance cleavage. Why would women want to mash their boobs together. Isn't wear a bra enough constraint? :D
