RE: Moderator Candidates for Chat Room

For me, adding mod privalage to my account would be easier than having seperate account.

Phil, even though you don't go to chat, I feel that all you have done for this site means your input is valued. When you were away from the forums for a while, you were definately missed.

Since, I don't visit chat frequently at all, I don't know how those on the list act. I do think they act very admirably in the Forum and would support them. I hope they have the time.

I have every confidence in some people on the list and no reason to disapprove of any of the others. However, Phil does raise a good point about geographical representation. I hope it is considered.

Boots I so agree with you !! this is an adult site so lets act and be adults as if this goes as a "cop state" chat site rather than a moderated adult site then it will not be around in a few months.. I do not wish to see that happen.. and i feel that there has to be in place for moderators with partners on the site a situation where the partner does not NOT pose or implement their views to the moderator.. as does happen now .. The moderators have to be totally independent of others and not ask other not online members to flag people who are seen as breaking the rules...
TT i suggest once you have agreed to a guideline with the moderators you post the guidelines for all to see , also i feel strongly there has to be put in place a communication back to you which you will respond to .. if members see that moderators over step their guidelines set out by you .. this is after all a nudist community and one that needs to be fair and unbiased......
cheers and I wish you well

I think everyone is making more of this than there is. If you are not doing anything wrong, dont worry. If you are abusing the cam, or harrassing someone then you will have to leave. Seems pretty simple to me.

I have been visiting chat more often of late and it is very clear when someone is out of line. Not really a whole lot of grey area. No one is looking to start a vigilante attack, no one is looking to single anyone out, the mods will be there to assist in supporting the very clearly stated rules. Thats a good thing whether everyone realizes it or not.

We think it is also a very important item that any and all moderators in a nudist chat room or forum NEED BE NUDE in there profile pictures. It is poor practice for any moderators to be clothed in a nudist website especially if they do not practice what they are moderating. This is "Truenudists" not true clothing optional. Practice what we teach - moderators are to be setting good examples

Until it becomes possible to prevent search engines from findingnude photos, I can't see how we can force anything like that on anybody, including moderators. People here, including confimed nudists, need to know there will be a certain amount of protection in case their "public" lives don't jibe with their "private" lives.

It will never be perfect. Screen captures are far too easy to do. But let's at least offer some type of assurances that they will not be sticking their necks out too far just because they're moderators.

The fact that you cannot accept an apology does not fare well for you Mikey. It was a simple mistake which was admitted to and yet you have chosen to make it a huge public ordeal. That is the type of thing that does not help in the chat room or in the forum. Accept or dont accept the apology, dont make it such an issue.

No i don't accept your apology i'm afraid. and there is nothing in the rules to say that i should. Also i'm well within my rights to make this public.

Man, you are WAY out of line on this one.

We should never have got to hear about this "none event"

The fact that you can't accept an apology for a simple mistake,
and the way you have reacted to it, speaks volumes about YOU!

btw, Rabbit is a well known, well liked, well respected, long term
member of this site, and if you stick around long enough, you'll
find that out for yourself!

Phil.
