Bouncing Buns 7k trail run

August 27th is the Bouncing Buns 7K trail run though Sunny Rest Resort in the Poconos. The resort is just off the NE extension of the PA turnpike. This will be my second time running it with some walking and hobbling depending on how I fare on the dirt trails. I'd enjoy meeting other TN runners if you are going.

I'll be there. Been running Bouncing Buns every year since 2014. It's a great, fun, run.
Also will be playing in the August Heat volleyball tournament (managed to be on the winning team last year).
