Women and Morning Wood?

I am curious..... This discussion has taken place in many different forms, however I don't remember ever discussing it from a womans perspective. We all know that womens nipples get hard easier than a mans penis, well most men. My question is do women wake up with erect nipples like men wake up with their own erections?
