Resting at the Coventry Resort near Milton, Vt

I just left the beautiful Coventry resort . I stayed there 4 days to rest .I cycled from Hamilton , Ontario via Welland, Port Colborne, Niagara Falls, The Erie canal, New York Highway 3 from Clay, Wolf islands, Kingston, Cornwall, Montreal,and the Champlain islands. I am now in South Glens Falls, NY. I'm one day from Albany and my Amtrak home to Vancouver, BC.
