I have measured mine several times. Always been interested how I compare. It was about half inch longer erect in 20s than it is now in 40s. But now in 40s it generally hangs about half inch longer flaccid than it did in 20s.
Current measurements
Erect: 6.25" long, 5.25" circumference
Flaccid: 4.25" long, 5.00" circumference
of course all those vary a bit depending on mood and temperature.
It would be even better if we could upload photo proof of our measurements. I doubt TN admin will allow those photos though.
It is possible to grow length and girth. It takes dedication and time, but it works for many people. Check out the subreddit "gettingbigger". People use pumps, weights, manual pulling, etc. to grow the size of their penis. I have grown mine a little myself.
