Naked Roadtrip: SF to LA and back

hey everyone - making my way from SF to LA and back between Xmas and Jan 2 and I want to be naked as much as possible. I've just started dipping my toe into social nudism this year and absolutely love it. Looking for recommendations, suggestions and maybe to meet up with some new buds from the site.

Thinking that throughout the trip I'll either find a couch to crash on or camp/get a room at the resorts like Lupin Lodge and Glen Eden. Maybe some of you dudes I have chatted with want to hang out, hike, or drive around?

Besides the resorts I mentioned, I'm also will try to hit Pirate's Cove Beach and Mercey Hot Springs.

Roughly thinking
12/25 depart SF
12/27-12/29 spending two days in Palm Springs
12/30 - 1/1 LA area
1/2 arrive SF

What else should I think of doing? Thanks in advance for any recommendations or suggestions!
