Looks like a legit complaint to me !
The question would be who holds copyright to the photo's, and whether permission was granted at the time.
*IF* the Sun Aura club photographer took those shots with permission, then Sun Aura would be the ones to lodge complaint here.
If not, then whoever *does* legally own those shots would be the one.
If no permission was ever granted ( unlikely from the poses ) then the subjects, the people in the photos have legit complaint.
Otherwise, the subjects *may* have recourse against the copyright holder of the photos, but not here.
In any case, this forum is not the place for complaint. Use the contact link at the bottom of every page on this site.
This forum can be read by any and every one, so a little educational info, is all.
I'd hope that TT1 will simply remove the photos in question, and thus end the issue in this case.

Well here is the thing. It doesn't have to get complicated like this. He did what he should have. He emailed teamtrue1 and made a post. I told him to post as TT1 is very busy trying to run this website by himself. I told him a quick post might be seen sooner.He wasn't complaining, he wasn't threatening lawsuit. He just asked nicely to have personal pictures removed from a profile on truenudist. Nothing more.. And I understand how people can react to things like this from a new profile not filled out. But he shouldn't have to take the time to become a certified member to get the pictures removed. So that is why I said something on here since we are certified and I figured people would believe me that this is a legit matter..Web sites are not easy to run. It is a very hard thing to do. These pictures, no matter who took them were sent to teamtrue1 and he uploaded them to Sun Aura profile. They were probably sent to him by someone impersonating my friends. All they asked was to remove them. I understand that it might be hard to believe with all of the fakes on this site with profiles not filled out. But still we shouldn't be so quick to jump and judge. It is not good for the site or the forums.I do hope TT1 looks in to this matter as soon as he can..And to eveyone. Please lets not be so quick to jump and judge someone..even on the forums. It really isn't a true nudists way..Good Day.
It is a legitimate concern. But, please, for the sake of your friends, remove the URL. ANYONE can read the forum posts on the home page or check destinations on the locations page - one does not need to be logged in or even a member. And that is exactly why the forum is NOT the place to post this type of request or complaint.
Please have your friends send an email to either support@truenudists.com or abuse@truenudists.com to have this matter resolved as quickly as possible. Also, if they have any concerns regarding who may be reading this thread, please know that if they delete their account, all their forum postings (including this thread) will disappear. That is the fastest way to have this thread removed. They can then join again. And we'd all love to welcome them back to the site!

Please people don't make more of this than it is ok? Forget the legal stuff and just let it go..please.
As Jen suggests, have your friends delete their account, and this entire forum thread will vanish completely, with ALL posts to it.
